Once packages are received by USPS, UPS, FED EX or DHL, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. The responsibility is passed on to the assigned mail carrier.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after being placed online. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Once shipped, orders will arrive 2-3 business days. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order has been shipped.
